San Francisco is probably the most popular tourist city in the United States, and there is a reason why. It enjoys Mediterranean Climate, a wealth of activities within the city, and enthnic/cultural diversity. It is also located close to beaches and on the bay, and not more than a few hours drive to world class skiing and camping in Lake Tahoe and Yosemite. It is famous for world class dining and a wealth of culture including excellent museums, live music, and an opera, as well as a lot of great places within the city to go. It has Golden Gate Park, North Beach, Fishermans Wharf, Pier 39, Pac Bell Park, and Chinatown and much more.

Real Estate Assistance
If you are looking for help in finding the perfect home within the cities many areas I can help. After we figure what area(s) in the city you are interested in, I can provide listings by email, area information, and home tours at your convenience. The city has a lot of different neighborhoods all with their own individual charm. It was nearly completely rebuilt after the great earthquake of 1906. So most homes are less than 100 years old. It has many different areas from Pacific Hieghts, Nob Hill, Telegraph Hill, Soma to the Haight Ashbury. The Bay

San Francisco is one of the great cities in the US and as I mentioned it is probably the most popular tourist destination. It is served by two bridges, the Bay Bridge which connects it to Oakland, and the Golden Gate which connects it to Marin County. It is well recognized for the Transamerica Pyramid building, Alcatraz Island, Coit Tower, Fisherman's Wharf, and Chinatown. It is home to the World Series Champion San Francisco Giants(2010) and the SF Forty Niners. It is a favorite spot of boaters and fishermen, as well as many US Navy ships. It has its own cultural heritage and is famous for the SF Opera which performs at War Memorial Opera House. At Christmas a favorite for the whole family is of course its rendition of the Nutcracker. It also has regular visits by international stars.
